With win7, it’s so easy to share your internet connection as WIFI hotspot.
1. issue cmd
2. netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=bill key=password
3. netsh wlan start hostednetwork
4. share the LAN or WLAN to the new created VWLAN

NOTE you can stop the sharing via command: netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
